Dear International Students,

To ensure compliance with university policies and immigration regulations, we hereby reiterate the following guidelines for inviting family members to campus:

1. Application Process:Family visit applications must be submitted to the International Students Office (ISO) exclusively during the final month of each semester（Apply only in June or Jan）. The freshmen are not allowed to bring the family at the first semester. 

2.Upon approval by ISO staff, applicants will be notified of the required supporting documents (send from ISO).

Unauthorized invitations (i.e., inviting family members without prior ISO approval) are strictly prohibited. Violators will face disciplinary action per university regulations and will be denied residence permit processing.

3.Eligibility of Family Members:Only adult spouses are eligible for invitation.

Children will not be processed for residence permits under normal circumstances.

4.Visit Timeline and Insurance Requirement:Family members are permitted to arrive only at the beginning of each semester( Arrive Wuhan in Sep. Or March).

5.Applicable insurance coverage (equivalent to international student insurance) must be purchased:¥900 for a 6-month term.

¥1,500 for a 12-month term.

6.A single-entry residence permit for family members, with a maximum duration of one year per permit; family members must apply for the residence permit within 30 days of entering the country.
