关于2024年国际学生申请汉语免修工作的通知

Notice on the Application for Exemption from Chinese Courses for International Students in 2024

各学院及有关国际学生：

为进一步提升国际学生汉语课程的教学质量，现将2024年国际学生申请汉语免修的具体事宜通知如下：

To all colleges and relevant international students:

In order to further enhance the teaching quality of Chinese courses for international students, the specific matters regarding the application for exemption from Chinese courses in 2024 are as follows:

一、申请学生范围及免修课程

受理对象是未修读《初级汉语》的国际学生

符合免修条件的国际学生可申请免修《初级汉语》。

• Scope of Eligible Applicants and Exempted Courses

  The applicants accepted are international students who have not taken the Elementary Chinese course. Eligible international students may apply for exemption from Elementary Chinese.

   

  二、免修申请条件

  取得以下条件者，可申请免修国际学生汉语课程：

  通过汉语水平考试（HSK）3级及以上。

• Conditions for Exemption Application

  Students who meet the following conditions may apply for exemption from the international student Chinese course:

  - Pass the Chinese Proficiency Test (HSK) at Level 3 or above.

   

  三、申请程序及时间安排

  1.研究生11月12日17:00前在研究生一体化系统“我的培养”——“免修重修缓考申请”——“免修申请”界面提交免修申请，并上传相关证明材料。

  2.导师11月13日17:00前在研究生一体化系统“培养工作”——“免修重修缓考管理”——“免修审核”界面审核学生申请，通过后报学院审核。

  3.学院11月14日17:00前在研究生一体化系统“培养”——“免修重修缓考管理”——“免修管理-学院”界面审核学生申请，通过后报研究生院复核。

  4.研究生院复核通过后予以公示。

• Application Procedures and Timeline

  1. Graduate Students: Submit exemption applications by 17:00 on November 12 through the Graduate Integrated System in the section "My Cultivation" — "Exemption Application" — "Exemption Application," and upload relevant supporting documents.

  2. Mentors: Review student applications through the Graduate Integrated System in the section "Cultivation Work" — "Cultivation Management" — "Exemption Review" by 17:00 on November 13, and submit to the college for further review.

  3. Colleges: Review student applications through the Graduate Integrated System in the section "Cultivation" — "Exemption Management" — "Exemption Management - College" by 17:00 on November 14, and submit to the Graduate School for verification.

  4. The Graduate School will publicly announce the results after verification.

   

  四、免修成绩认定

  申请免修免考的研究生，通过HSK3成绩按65分登记，通过HSK4成绩按75分登记，通过HSK5成绩按85分登记，并取得相应学分；

• Recognition of Exemption Grades

  Graduate students who apply for exemption from the exam will have their scores recorded as follows based on HSK results:

  - HSK Level 3: 65 points

  - HSK Level 4: 75 points

  - HSK Level 5: 85 points

  Students will receive corresponding academic credits.

   

   

  五、其他事项

  1. 符合条件的研究生须在规定时间内办理免修手续，逾期不予办理。

  2. 申请者须保证所提交材料真实有效，弄虚作假者按考试作弊处理。

• Other Matters

  1. Eligible graduate students must complete the exemption procedures within the specified timeframe; late applications will not be accepted.

  2. Applicants must ensure that the submitted materials are true and valid; those who falsify information will be treated as exam cheaters.
