近来,通过电话、手机短信、自动取款机或网络进行的诈骗案件时有发生,涉案金额从几千元至数万元不等。为避免此类案件再次发生,我们在此列出几种诈骗手段,希望使您对电信诈骗保持警觉。

In recent years, fraud cases often occur through telephone, SMS, ATM or networks with the involved case amount ranging from several thousands to several tens of thousands (yuan).We specially list several fraud tricks to avoid the reoccurrence of such cases and hope you keep alert about telecommunication fraud.

方式一、通过谎称协助办理签证进行诈骗。

Method I. Defraud through lying about assisting to apply for visas.

方式二、通过发送中奖短信要求先行汇款以缴纳所得税进行诈骗。

Method I. Defraud through sending SMS containing winning information with the requirement for prepaying remittance to pay individual income tax.

方式三、在网上制造虚假出售物品或低价机票信息要求先行汇款进行诈骗。

Method Ill. Defraud through making false nformation about selling goods or low-priced air tickets online with the requirements for prepaying remittance.

方式四、冒充电信公司工作人员谎称欠费进行诈骗。

Method IV. Defraud through pretending to be the staff of a telecommunication company and lying about arrearage.

方式五、或冒充警务人员进行诈骗。

Method V. or defraud though impersonating police.

1.不要随意扫描未知的二维码;不要随意点开来路不明的“小网站”、“小弹窗广告”;不随意点开陌生人发来的链接;不随意丢弃包含个人信息的票据(如快递单、火车票、飞机票等)。

Do not scan the unknown QR codes defenselessly, do not click the unknown "dangerous websites", "dangerous pop-up ads defenselessly: do not click the linkages sent by strangers, do not discard the tickets containing individual information(such as express waybill train tickets and air tickets, etc.)

2.请到可信的机构购买机票或延期签证,不要轻易委托给陌生人。

Please buy air tickets or apply for extension of the visas in reliable organizations；do not trust strangers easily.

3.请勿轻信中奖短信或告知您欠费的电话,切忌轻率汇款,务必向相关部门核实。

Do not easily believe the winning messages or the telephone informing the arrearage; do not remit rashly, instead you must check with the competent authorities at first.

4.务必前往银行办理货币兑换,切莫在陌生人处兑换货币。

Exchange currency in banks, never exchange currency with the strangers.

5.请您关注媒体报道的各类诈骗案件信息和骗子的惯用伎俩。
