Electricity Safety

禁止在宿舍内使用大功率电器，例如电饼铛、电磁炉、小太阳等炊具和加热设备：这些电器功率大，易引发电路过载，导致火灾风险。

·No high-power electrical appliancesin dorms, such as electric griddles, induction cookers and heaters: They consume a large amount of power, which may overload circuits and pose a fire hazard.

定期检查电线、插座是否老化或损坏，发现问题及时报修。务必使用具有安全认证标志的电器，禁止使用损坏或老化的电器设备，以确保安全。

·Regularly check wires and plugs for signs of aging or damage, and report any issues for repair promptly. Always use electrical appliances with safety certification marks. Do not use damaged or aging electrical devices to ensure safety.

避免同时使用多个大功率电器，减少电路负担。

·Avoid using multiple high-power appliances simultaneously to reduce the risk of overloading circuits.

不使用电器时，务必拔掉插头，减少待机功耗和安全隐患。离开宿舍时切断所有电源，做到“人走断电”。

·Unplug appliances when not in use to minimize standby power consumption and potential safety hazards. When leaving the dormitory, disconnect all power sources to ensure that “the power is off when people leave.”

Protecting Personal Belongings

贵重物品如笔记本电脑、手机、现金等，应妥善保管，避免随意放置。

·Keep valuable items, such as laptops, phones, and cash, properly secured and avoid leaving them unattended.

离开宿舍时，确保门窗锁好，防止盗窃事件发生。

·Always lock doors and windows when leaving your dorm room to prevent theft.

谨防电信诈骗，保护个人信息、警惕陌生链接和二维码、核实信息来源、谨慎转账和汇款，增强防范意识，全面加强防范措施。

·Beware of telecom fraud. Protect your personal information, be vigilant against unfamiliar links and QR codes, verify the information sources, and be cautious when making transfers and remittances. Enhance your awareness of prevention and comprehensively strengthen preventive measures.

消防安全

Fire Safety

熟悉消防设备。入住宿舍后，第一时间了解并熟悉最近的消防栓、灭火器等消防设备的位置和使用方法。

·Familiarize yourself with fire equipment. Upon moving into your dormitory, make it a priority to locate and familiarize yourself with the nearest fire hydrants, fire extinguishers, and learn how to use them.

严禁占用安全通道：走廊、楼梯间和阳台等公共区域不得堆放物品，确保逃生通道畅通无阻，并不得遮挡或损坏消防设施。

·Do Not Block Safety Exits: Public areas such as corridors, stairwells, and balconies must not be obstructed with items. Ensure that escape routes are clear and that fire safety equipment is not blocked or damaged.

严禁在宿舍或住所内使用明火：在宿舍内严禁使用酒精炉、煤气炉、蜡烛等可燃器具。严禁在宿舍内焚烧纸张等杂物，以免引发火灾。

·No Open Flames: The use of open flames such as alcohol stoves, gas stoves, and candles is strictly prohibited in the dormitory. Burning paper and other materials in the dormitory is also forbidden to prevent fire outbreaks.

定期检查电线、电器是否老化或损坏，避免电气火灾。

·Regularly checkelectrical wires and appliances for signs of aging or damage to prevent electrical fires.

了解如何在火灾中保持冷静，使用湿毛巾捂住口鼻，低姿势逃生。

Learn how to stay calm during a fire, use a wet towel to cover your nose and mouth, and evacuate in a low posture to avoid smoke inhalation.

电动车充电安全

Electric Vehicle Charging Safety

合理控制充电时间：按照电瓶容量的大小，一般在8-10小时内就能完成充电。充电时需规范操作，避免过度充电，充电完成后及时断电，且不得在雨雪天气下露天充电。

·Control Charging Time: Depending on the battery capacity, charging generally takes 8-10 hours. Follow proper procedures to avoid overcharging, disconnect power promptly after charging, and do not charge outdoors during rain or snow.

严禁室内充电：严禁在宿舍或楼梯间、走道内、安全出口等公共区域充电，否则容易造成消防通道堵塞，还会导致整栋楼陷入毒烟密布的状态，极易造成群死群伤事件！

·No Indoor Charging: Charging is strictly prohibited in dormitories, stairwells, hallways, or public areas such as emergency exits. This can easily block fire escape routes and lead to toxic smoke filling the building, causing potential mass casualties.

禁止私拉飞线给电动车充电：飞线充电不仅违反学校规定，还极易造成触电和火灾事故。请使用学校指定的电动车充电区域，确保充电安全。

·Ban unauthorized charging of electric vehicles: Running extension cords to charge electric vehicles not only violates school regulations but also poses a serious risk of electric shock and fire. Please use the designated charging stations provided by the school to ensure safety.

禁止将电动车电池带入宿舍充电：电池在室内充电存在极高的安全隐患，一旦电池过热或短路，后果不堪设想。请遵守规定，在室外安全区域充电。

·Prohibit bringing electric vehicle batteries into dorms for charging: Charging batteries indoors is highly dangerous. Overheating or short-circuiting could lead to severe accidents. Please follow the rules and charge your batteries in outdoor safe areas.
