This letter serves as an official notification from the International Students Office at HZAU.
We regret to inform you that, due to your prolonged absence from school without any valid reason for two consecutive weeks, the school administration has made the difficult decision to expel you from our institution:

After careful review and in accordance with the policies outlined in the “Drop out of school” section of the Guidebook for International Students of HZAU, “international students are required to discontinue their schooling under any of the following circumstances: (6)Students who leave school without asking for leave in advance or without permission for two weeks and above and those who fail to participate in the teaching activities as required by HZAU”.
As a result of the absence of the two students from the required registration process, we have no alternative but to cancel their student status effective from the date of publication of this Notification.
We also remind all international students to pay close attention to the regulations issued by the university to ensure timely access to and accurate understanding of the information.
