Notice on Registration for 2021 New International Students

一、Registration Arrangement

1. All 2021 international students should complete the online registration before October 8, 2021 . Students who do not register will be regarded as giving up their study at HZAU. Please scan the QR code to finish the online registration.

2. Students outside China who are unable to attend online study can apply for remaining the scholarship qualification for one academic year or dropping the qualification of scholarship. Please submit your application letter in the questionnaire.

3. All the 2021 new students should attend the online documents verification. Please fill in the questionnaire and upload the required documents for verification before October 8, 2021. The uploaded materials must be clear and colored pictures. Those who fail to pass the verification will not receive the soft copies of admission materials and their scholarship will be canceled.

4. CSC scholarship students are also supposed to register on CSC application system: https://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn/#/register before October 8, 2021 (Please check the manual attached).

CSC scholarship students who will apply for remaining the scholarship qualification for one academic year or dropping the qualification of scholarship do not need to register on CSC application system.

二、Q&A

1. If I cannot register on CSC application system due to the bad network conditions, what should I do?

Please send email to studyinhzau@mail.hzau.edu.cn to ask help, ISO will help to process it.

2. What should I do if I find my basic information is wrong when do registration on CSC application system？

Please send email to studyinhzau@mail.hzau.edu.cn to ask ISO to correct your basic information.

3. When will the hard copies of admission materials be sent to me?

The hard copies of admission notice and visa application form will be sent when the time you can enter China is fixed. We will send the soft copies of your admission materials by email after you pass the documents verification.

4. Apart from Chinese courses, can I select online academic courses?

Yes, apart from Chinese language courses, some online academic courses will be provided as well, the more information will be sent in the wechat and QQ group. Please pay attention to it.
